How it works

A seven-step revenue workflow, with people in control

Flacron Lead Agent automates the repetitive work between finding a prospect and closing a deal. The decisions that carry risk — what gets sent, and to whom — stay with your team.

Step 1 of 7 · Discover

Discover prospects that match your ideal customer profile

Describe who you sell to, then pull candidates from the sources you connect: CSV imports and Hunter.io domain search.

  • Define industries, roles, company size and geography once per ICP.
  • Every record keeps its source and the date it was added.
  • Duplicate contacts are flagged during discovery so lists stay clean.

You choose the sources. Nothing is scraped behind your back.

Every step in detail

  1. Step 1: Discover

  2. Step 2: Verify

    Verify before anything is sent

Email addresses carry a verification status, and suppressed or unsubscribed contacts are excluded automatically.

    • Unverified and invalid addresses are flagged and held back by default.
    • The suppression list is checked before every send.
    • Catch-all and risky results stay visible for review rather than hidden.

You decide whether reviewed contacts move forward.

  3. Step 3: Personalize

Draft personalized outreach with Super Intelligence assistance

Super Intelligence drafts messages from your campaign brief and each contact’s context. Drafts are editable suggestions.

    • Campaign brief, tone and offer are set once per campaign.
    • Each draft can be edited, regenerated or rejected.
    • Drafts wait in an approval queue — they never send themselves.

Approval is required before a draft can be sent.

  4. Step 4: Engage

Engage from your own mailboxes, on a schedule

Approved sequences send from the mailboxes you connect, within the daily limits and sending windows you set.

    • Multi-step sequences stop automatically when a contact replies.
    • Unsubscribe requests are honored across every campaign.
    • Workers run in the cloud, so sending does not depend on an open laptop.

An emergency stop pauses all outbound activity in one click.

  5. Step 5: Qualify

Qualify replies in one unified inbox

Replies from every connected mailbox land in one inbox, with a Super Intelligence-suggested intent such as interested, not now or unsubscribe.

    • Suggested intent is a label you can correct, not a final decision.
    • Suggested replies are drafts that you review before sending.
    • Conversation history stays attached to the contact.

People decide who is qualified; Super Intelligence only sorts and suggests.

  6. Step 6: Schedule

Move interested contacts to a meeting

Turn interest into a next step with tasks and follow-ups. Calendar integrations are planned; today you share your own booking link.

    • Create follow-up tasks directly from a conversation.
    • Share your existing booking link in a reply.
    • Google and Microsoft Calendar sync is on the roadmap.

Nothing is booked on your behalf without your action.

  7. Step 7: Close

Track deals through to close in the pipeline

Qualified conversations become deals in a visual pipeline with stages, owners and next steps.

    • Drag deals between stages that match your sales process.
    • See which campaign and source each deal came from.
    • CRM sync with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive is planned.

Stage changes are made by your team, not automated behind the scenes.

Getting started

From sign-up to your first approved campaign

  1. Step 1

    Create your workspace

Sign up, verify your email and invite teammates with the role that fits their job.

  2. Step 2

    Connect a mailbox

Connect Gmail with OAuth, Microsoft 365 (beta) or any SMTP/IMAP mailbox, and set daily limits and sending windows.

  3. Step 3

    Bring in prospects

Import a CSV or discover contacts by company domain with Hunter.io. Each record keeps its source and verification status.

  4. Step 4

    Build and approve a campaign

Pick an ideal customer profile, write the brief and review the Super Intelligence drafts. Only approved messages are queued.

  5. Step 5

    Work replies and pipeline

Handle replies in the unified inbox, mark qualified contacts and move deals through your pipeline.

Put one accountable workflow behind your pipeline.

Create a workspace, connect a mailbox and import or discover your first list. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
