Review outputs before relying on them. Do not treat Super Intelligence output as verified fact solely because it appears confident or personalized.

Business and contact data may change rapidly. Verification reduces risk but does not prove ownership, consent, role, deliverability, current employment, or contact eligibility. Customers are responsible for final validation and lawful use.

Email delivery and inbox placement are controlled by mailbox providers, recipient systems, DNS configuration, sending reputation, authentication, content, complaint rates, and other factors. FLA cannot guarantee delivery or inbox placement and is not responsible for domain or mailbox restrictions caused by customer sending practices or third-party rules.

Advertising forecasts and optimization recommendations are estimates based on available data and assumptions. Advertising platforms control auction outcomes, approvals, delivery, account restrictions, attribution, policy enforcement, and reported metrics. FLA does not guarantee that an ad will be approved, served, profitable, or attributed accurately.

Availability and delivery of phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and other messaging features depend on carriers, platform approvals, number registration, templates, consent, local laws, quiet hours, and provider systems. Customers are responsible for lawful use and required disclosures.
